Returns:

Returning your Soul Dhaga Flip-Flops has never been easier! We understand the importance of every pair we craft, putting love and care into each creation. If, for any reason, you are uncertain about the size or notice any issues, simply complete the form below. Our hassle-free return process offers a credit note, ensuring your satisfaction.

1. A Pre-requisite: Customers shall make a video while opening the package, which shall be made in a flow without any pause.

2. To initiate the return, customers can return by contacting us on Whatsapp number given below.

3. Please send the flip-flops back to us within 7 days from the shipping date, ensuring they remain in unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

4. In accordance with our company policy, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. However, we are happy to ISSUE A SOUL DHAGA (SD) CREDIT NOTE for products returned in an unused condition.

5. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

6. Returns are NOT applicable for Sale Items.

Exchanges:

Exchanging your Soul Dhaga Flip-flops has never been easier! We understand that preferences may vary. If you would like to exchange your purchased footwear for a different size or color, initiate the exchange process by contacting us on Whatsapp number given below.

1. A Pre-requisite: Customers shall make a video while opening the package, which shall be made in a flow without any pause.

2. Please send the flip-flops back to us within 7 days from the shipping date, ensuring they remain in unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

3. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is not available, a SD CREDIT NOTE will be issued, which has the validity of 6 months.

4. Exchanges are NOT applicable for Sale items.

5. Reverse Shipping will be charged at the time of Exchange.

Using Soul Dhaga (SD) Credit Note:

• You can apply the SD Credit Note during the checkout process on our website.

• On the checkout page, enter the credit note code in the 'COUPON' section and click 'APPLY.' The discount code will be automatically applied, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your total payable amount.

• Please note that the SD Credit Note is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance

• The credit note does not cover the shipping fee paid at the time of placing the order.
